What I eat for breakfast
Ok, so I like to eat a great breakfast to supply me nutrients throughout the day. You know, EAT BREAKFAST LIKE A KING, LUNCH LIKE A PAUPER, and DINNER LIKE A POOR MAN. Yeah, I'm all over that. So here is my breakfast of Cream of Wheat. <---That stuff is hellagood for you. Good source of fiber and calcium and low in sugar and sodium.

1 1/4 cup of milk or water
3 TBS of Cream of Wheat
1 cap of vanilla extract
2 TBS of sugar or imitation sugar
1 cap of almond extract
1 pinch of ginger

:D Put the water, vanilla, ginger, sugar, and almond together until boiled then add the Cream of Wheat. STIR or as I like to say, PERCOLATE. Let sit until cool enough to eat.
